Lisa Tejada is a seasoned nurse leader and clinical strategist with over 25 years of experience spanning direct patient care, healthcare leadership, and clinical innovation. As a Chief Clinical Officer with Providertech, she leads the development and implementation of technology-enabled solutions that address the complexity of scaling patient engagement while improving operational efficiency across diverse healthcare settings.

Drawing on her background in acute care, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), and population health programs, Lisa excels at translating clinical realities into practical, scalable strategies that improve outcomes, particularly for complex and underserved populations. In addition to her clinical expertise, she has deep experience in healthcare technology assessment and implementation, with a more recent focus on the responsible integration of AI solutions to streamline workflows, enhance patient experience, and support organizational transformation. This involves evaluating needs, prioritizing key use cases, and implementing successful strategies that significantly improve key metrics and achieve cost savings.

Lisa is a value-based, data-driven professional skilled in developing and executing clinical programs that generated over $500k in incentives, aligning financial performance with improved patient outcomes. As a fractional Chief Clinical Officer with FASTx Partners, she combines an outcomes-driven approach with operational acumen to quickly assess operational performance, identify and prioritize opportunities, and mitigates risks. Her specialty is translating technology from strategic visions to concrete, patient and clinician facing implementations.

A passionate advocate for doing healthcare differently—and better— Lisa earned her Diploma of Nursing from St. Elizabeth Hospital Medical Center in Ohio, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Grand Canyon University, and her Master of Healthcare Innovation from Arizona State University, where she also served as adjunct faculty. Recognized for her ability to bridge clinical knowledge with emerging technologies, guiding cross-functional teams through change with empathy, insight, and a solutions-focused approach.
