Lisa Tejada is a seasoned nurse leader and clinical strategist with over 25 years of experience spanning direct patient care, healthcare leadership, and clinical innovation. As a Chief Clinical Innovation Officer, she leads the development of technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and patient engagement—especially for complex and underserved populations.
Lisa brings a deeply rooted understanding of the healthcare system, from clinical practice in critical care to Federally Qualified Healthcare Centers (FQHCs) and population health programs. The diversity of her experience gives her the unique ability to translate clinical realities into scalable strategies that drive better outcomes.

John Campbell, MBA, CHCIO
Fractional Chief Information Officer (fCIO)
John Campbell served for the past 20 years as the Chief Information Officer for Post-acute Care and Home-Based Care at Mass General Brigham (MGB) in Boston MA. In this role, John where he led Digital Strategy for post-acute care, where he led the implementation of Meditech and Epic EMRs and related digital solutions across 5 business units, and led the digital strategy to scale MGB Home Hospital to 70 beds in 18 months. Prior to MGB, John served for 5 years as Director of Information Systems for CareGroup Healthcare systems’ Provider Service Network where he led the development of a suite of population health management tools to manage cost & quality under capitated risk contracts. John has over 25 years of Information Healthcare Technology experience. John is a member of the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME); the Health Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS) and the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). John holds an MBA from The Isenberg School at UMASS Amherst. In 2012, John earned the distinguished Certified Healthcare Chief Information Officer (CHCIO) certification. In addition, John serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors of OpenCape (www.opencape.com) a 5013c Internet Service Provider based in Barnstable MA.

Chris Grasso, MPH is a seasoned healthcare technology and analytics executive with over 30 years of experience, including 20 years at a FQHC, driving technological innovation and digital transformation. driving technological innovation and digital transformation. In 2024, she co-founded FASTx Partners, a fractional executive firm, where she specializes in aligning technology and analytics strategies with business objectives. Her expertise spans information technology, cybersecurity, AI, analytics, health equity, and governance. Chris has a proven track record of leading multi-functional teams and designing innovative healthcare technology solutions to build more effective and inclusive systems.
Before founding FASTx Partners, Chris served as Chief Information Officer at Fenway Health, where she led technology strategy, data analytics, telehealth, and research initiatives, including a successful Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation. She pioneered the integration of Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity (SOGI) fields into Fenway's EHR system, shaping the landmark 2015 EHR certification requirements and annual reporting of SOGI data for health centers, setting a new standard for LGBTQIA+ data. Additionally, Chris designed and implemented innovative healthcare technology solutions that streamlined processes, improved patient care, and enhanced operational efficiency.
Chris is a recognized thought leader in healthcare technology, with numerous peer-reviewed publications and frequent speaking engagements at major conferences. She is currently on the board of directors for the MA LGBT Chamber of Commerce. She served on several advisory boards, contributing to initiatives focused on digital tools and health equity. Her commitment to advancing technology for underserved populations is central to her work.
Chris earned a Master of Public Health from Boston University.
