About Us

We are a woman-led business bringing over 30+ years of technology, change and leadership experience within the non-profit, healthcare, and start-up sectors in the US and internationally. Bridget and Chris have collaborated for over 15 years. During this time, they had a shared interest in starting a company. In 2024, that vision turned into a reality when they founded FASTx Partners, LLC. They bring a collective experience across multiple verticals.

Chris Grasso, MPH
Co-Founder

Chris Grasso, MPH, is a healthcare technology executive with 30+ years of experience building organizational capacity through strategic evaluation, system design and development, technical innovation, and interdepartmental collaboration. Chris has worked in a federally qualified health center setting for 20 years, successfully spearheading numerous large-scale initiatives by cultivating stakeholder buy-in, effectively managing institutional change, and guaranteeing timely product delivery. She has expertise in aligning technology initiatives with organizations’ strategic and operational goals; and extensive experience leading multi-functional teams, developing high-performing leaders, and maintaining high employee retention rates. Chris participates on several national advisory groups and is a recognized subject matter expert.

Bridget Snell, MIIM
Co-Founder

Bridget Leigh Snell, MIIM, is a technologist, strategist and social impact leader with a career spanning 30 years in the private and non-profit sectors. She currently leads the methodological practice at FASTx Partners and brings over 20 years of organizational design, leadership development and digital transformation experience to the task of building the highest quality approach to fractional executive practice. She seeks to define the "how" of effective fractional leadership so that organizations of any size can benefit from executive expertise at a fraction of the cost. Bridget has held multiple executive roles in technology, human resources and global operations within the international nonprofit sector, including Oxfam and Save the Children. Beyond her professional roles, she contributes to numerous white papers, online courses, and leadership programs. She served as a governing body member for the New York City CIOs, an associate at Harvard's Center for International Development, board member, and adjunct professor.
